Foundation for Innovators in Science and Technology (FIST) at IIT Patna is developed under the NIDHI-TBI initiative of Ministry of Science & Technology, Department of Science & Technology, Government of India. It is registered as a section 8 company under Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

Word From Startups
We, MAAS Innovators Private Limited, a start-up (DIPP109661) and MSME (UDYAM-TN-12-0055768) company incubated at Foundation for Innovators in Science and Technology (FIST), IIT Patna (a Technology Business Incubator) on 04th April 2022. On day 1, we received a separate air-conditioned and fully furnished cabin. The FIST-TBI has a mechanical Lab, a Die design and Fabrication Lab, and some basic measurement and testing labs. Apart from that, we are provided with the support of the incubation center to utilise the other labs available within the premises of IIT Patna. Also, the TBI arranges for mentors from various fields. The incubation is making efforts to bring the right resources and training to meet our requirements in building the start-ups.

We, the directors of Portable Power Technology Private Limited, a startup incubated at the FIST-TBI, IIT Patna, acknowledge and thank for providing financial support to carry out Research and development (RAD).The financial support bestowed has resulted in the development of 1st Made-in-India Battery Management System (BMS)" through in-house R&D.
